	The Semansys XBRL Component can be integrated using a host of widespread technologies and standards. The XBRL Component can be addressed as a DLL or through ActiveX. Data interfacing is handled through standards as SQL, XML and CSV or through direct database connections. The Component can transform the received data upon import through calculations and merge and decompose functions. To address taxonomies, downloading and caching can be used and if required, the XBRL Component can integrate with an e-mail client to facilitate communication processes. There is a generic XML data-bridge, and the data handling capabilities and expression engine will help facilitate any integration need.

	The Component can be configured to meet any conceivable reporting requirement, as long as it is to be represented in XBRL. The basic function of this module is to convert imported data to XBRL, according to one or more XBRL taxonomies and based on mapping information provided by the business application. This results, of course, in flawless XBRL. Nevertheless there are various facilities to validate incoming and outgoing data on compliance to XBRL standards or any business rules. If required the data transmissions can be encrypted and all events can be controlled and retained for future review and audit. The HTML reporting features provide for practical means to review various kinds of information related to the report creation process and the report itself.
