Examples of these solutions are Semansys EMU Reporter and Semansys BBV Reporter. Semansys EMU Reporter has been developed specifically for the needs of the Dutch water boards and to automate the process of generating and transferring financial data for the benefit of the European Commission and the European Central Bank to CBS, according to 'IV3' standards. Semansys BBV Reporter is a solution tailored to the needs of municipalities and provinces that have to produce a similar report, also known as a BBV report. The Reporters reduce the execution of these tasks to pushing a few buttons.

Since these solutions are built on Semansys XBRL Composer, the award winning application for digital reporting, the potential of this software is considerable. Users can apply the full power of the Composer and experience that the system is extremely flexible to changes in the reporting definitions (taxonomies) and to supplementary reporting requirements. The solution can be used to handle any XBRL based reporting task, even those that have no relation to BBV or EMU. This would require some knowledge of XBRL and the software. Should a user prefer the highest levels of task automation, a specific additional reporting module can be purchased and added to the solution.
