The German XML Company Software AG and the Dutch Business Intelligence company Semansys Technologies agreed to integrate the Semansys analysis software with the Tamino XML database of Software AG. XBRL is the new standard for efficient electronic distribution and sharing of business results via the internet. Software AG Tamino as XML database will function as core data base to store the XBRL files for archive and retrieval purposes. Based on the advanced XML database technology user now can store, retrieve and manage XML documents without needing other databases. For Analyses purposes an analyses database will dynamically be generated by the Semansys XBRL Reader. This analyses database will be stored in Software AG Adabas, or in any standard relational
database (oracle, DB2, SQL*Server a.o.)
